MedWish International announces the launch of Summer of 1,000 Dinners, an innovative global micro-fundraiser built on a simple concept - gathering people passionate about saving lives and saving the environment together to raise money to support vital humanitarian aid work.
Throughout the summer of 2009, thousands of MedWish International supporters around the country and around the world will join friends, family, neighbors and colleagues in homes, restaurants, parks, party centers and other venues to enjoy dinner and raise funds to support MedWish International's lifesaving work diverting medical supplies from local landfills and redistributing them to developing countries worldwide.
By hosting a dinner for MedWish International, you and your guests are helping to keep medical supplies out of our landfills and providing medical humanitarian aid to thousands around the globe in desperate need of hope, health and healing.
